We select locations in strategic high traffic areas in the proximity of electronic mass merchandisers and where the population can provide the COD business required to support an electronic repair facility. - Design and Construction: We can provide you with a complete turnkey operation. We design, construct, and set up every shop to ensure optimum efficiency and consistency.
- Staff Selection: As required, we will help you select qualified technicians.
- Training: We provide comprehensive training for the in-house administrative software, as well as how to run the front office effectively and efficiently.
Technicians should be graduates of a recognized technical program in electronics repair. We encourage all technical staff to take advantage of manufactures seminars and online training. All technicians have access to our database of symptoms, repairs, and hierarchy of parts used. - Store Opening: One of our Head Office team will be present during those first critical days when your shop opens to ensure a smooth start-up.
- Trademark Usage: You will be licensed to use "The Video Re-Fit Shop" trademark, which will establish your identity in your market area.
- Purchasing: We will help you establish an account with all your suppliers in order to ensure that you obtain the benefit of our buying power, including reduced VISA and MasterCard commissions.
- Service Depots: We help in negotiating service arrangements with national and local mass-merchandisers, in becoming a service depot for big-box retailers of consumer electronics (as they do not have their own service department), and in acquiring factory service status for your location.
- Advertising and Promotion: Our sales and marketing people will design all Yellow Pages, newspaper, TV, and media advertising, including national and local promotions, They will assist you in selecting the most effective medium for your market.
- Product Development: We are constantly researching new product lines in order to expand your business and customer base. We have some locations that repair and install point-of-sale products as service providers, and repair products such as trolling motors.
- Operations Manuals: Superior quality and service guidelines backed up with policy and procedure manuals, technical and administrative training programs.
- Software: The heart of all our shops is an operating and administrative system which is the most comprehensive in the electronic service industry. And you will be a part of it!
